GNU - its all about choice, eh.  I somehow would stick to qmail (fast, 
multiple deliveries, good spam control, etc etc etc).  And also the fact that 
Dan Bernstein plans to bring out something even faster and even better 
(QMTPD).  Also because the same gentleman (remarkable, eh) has written djbdns 
- a piece of dns software which is really terrific.  Gut feeling is that this 
guy has his "fundas" right.
