Its commonly referred to as the Intel 810 chipset. Which distribution /
kernel are you using ? And what is the XFree86 version ? For configuring

As far as audio is concerned, you would be better off using the alsa
drivers from http://www.alsa-project.org/ though newer kernels support
810 audio.
Which modem are you using ? Need more info out here.
