 Of course.  First, you get whoever runs the DNS to set up MX and A records
 for jsiva.com - and point them to appropriate IPs.  After that, you set up a
 mailserver to handle mail for jsiva.com  [assuming that's an entire
 colocated box you are talking about]

 If it is a virtual domain, the ISP you rent space from will likely set up
 their mailserver to handle mail for jsiva.com and let you create anywhere
 between one to unlimited users.

 So set up DNS for jsiva.com on your premises.  Set up your mailserver to
 handle mail for jsiva.com.  Enjoy life.
