Considering that Sushma Swaraj wants to "regulate the internet" (forming a
body rather similar to the press council) I wouldnt be surprised if she tries
this. Of course, she'll have to have enough technical clue to even think of
it, and the half baked clues provided by the late Dewang Mehta are not at
hand.

To "Babu Garu", Bill Gates (and Larry Ellison and ... blah ...) have star
value. He collects "IT czars" like I collect books, and others collect
stamps. I suppose if linus comes over, he'll be only too glad to announce a
grand AP government scheme re linux.
Close behind (or sometimes, not far ahead) is the Karnataka CM, SM Krishna.

Same case with most of the MPs, who were given high-end laptops and either
sold 'em / gave them to their relatives etc etc rather than using them.
