 That appears to be someone from that IP (part of which got snipped off ...)
 trying to ftp to your machine.
 
 Try last -a - that will show the hostname in the last field.  So it might
 not get trimmed off like this.
 
 Also see lastb (which checks /var/log/btmp to log bad login attempts).
