mdk! i use mdk 7.2 on my i810. i got stripes too, but
archan and saugata rectified it in seconds. kde's very
slow on my machine. kde crashed a few times, but it
never hijacked the entire OS and i'm enjoying every
bit of working on linux.

i vote for mdk!
