Nops. Compaq withdrew windows support because maintaining a 32 bit kernel on 
a 64 bit architecture in emulation mode and later tweaking it for performance 
was a pain. At least that was one of the deciding factor.

I don't think any version of windows except NT ran on alpha. Of course later 
versions like w2k/XP are/will be 64 bits but not on alpha.

 windows was never cross platform and most probably never will be.
