[LIH] Lightweight gui

I just got hold of a pentium 120 with 16 mb ram. what are my options for the
gui ?  kde/gnome take ages to load up and even quitting the X server takes
some time. Anyone have some good/bad experience with icewm or xfce ?
I've got a stock install of pcq rh 6.2
