Dear Suresh Ramasubramanian

It is not Dlink card. I have two LAN card and both are RealTek
RTL-8029(AS), as shown by "etc/sysconfig/hwconf" file, while phyically one
has sticker of INTEX. The card A has IP 192.168.106.161 and card B has
192.168.1.252. The ping to IP of card A is fine , but ping to IP of card B
is with 96 % loss and avg. time 29500 ms , while both belong to same
machine and no data is passed through external cables. When I ping
through card A ( which is gateway ) to other computers which are in our
campus ( Campus wide networking , but IP of different class i.e different
network like 202.141.62.10 ) It pings with 80 % loss and avg. time 26046
ms . This card also shows collosion.

Is there any solution to such a problem. I am using REDHAT 6.2 ZOOT, the
drivers used by cards are ne2k-pci as shown by hwconf file.

H.S.Rai
