RTL8xxx is generic.  DLink cards are the most common brand using that
chipset.  RTL 8029 / 8139 etc all have this problem - poor design of the
network card, actually.

If that's a server you like to rely upon, spend a little more (might be upto
rs.3500 I think) for a good card (like an intel ether express pro)
