hello everybody
I had setup a mailserver few days back. later i realised that the var/spool
partition wasnt adequate enough for all the mails. so i bought a new harddisk,
renamed the /var/spool/mail , made a directory called mail in the new hardisk
and copied all the stuff from the old mail directory to this new directory.
next made a soft link in /var/spool called mail linking to my new harddisk.
it didnt work out. when i fire pine, it says mailbox empty.
when i send a mail to any account, this is the message which i get.
The Postfix program
<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>: can't create user output file. Command output: procmail:
Couldn't create "/var/spool/mail/abc"
so how do i relocate may /var/spool/mail directory???
