Cron can be used to schedule the execution of commands at particular time,
its not event based.
To do what you are talking about, you need to put logout in the user's
login shell script, which would execute everytime the user would try to
log in.
On a typical Redhat system, try putting logout at the end of
/etc/profile. ;)
