Offhand I dont recall a ISP who doesnt give SMTP to it's customers
whether they are leased line broadband or dialup. I brought up smart
relay as a alternative I am not saying my solution was the best it is
just something which can be considered if your ISP's SMTP service is not
worth it then dont implement it no harm done. I accpet my previous email
might not have been in good taste though.
