[LIH] How to configuer my yahoo messenger !

Hi people,
   I downloaded this ymessenger rpm and installed it. But I am unable to
connect at all. I am using a proxy but there are no options to set my
connections. I just get the applet on the screen and thats all ... Keeps
telling me that it could not connect to the server. What should I do to to
make it work on Linux 7.0 ?
