Hi,
I am trying to install Oracle8 (Release 8.0.5) on
RHL 6.2.
The Oracle Installation document tells that the
following Kernel Parameter have to be set :
SHMMAX 4294967295
SHMMIN 1
SHMMNI 100
SHMSEG 10
SHMMNS 200
SHMMNI 70
The 'ipcs' command gave me the following output:

key shmid owner perms bytes nattch status

------ Semaphore Arrays --------

Now, how to set these kernel parameters?
what should be the value of SEMMSL ?
