hi
i am using rsync and samba to update the contents of a production server
with those of the pre-production server.
the contents may contain large multimedia files.my query is -
what if a file is partially written on the production server? -
i.e if a request comes when the rsync procedure is actually going on -
does the client recieve a file not available error? - or does he get an
incomplete file?
