Hello Abhishek,

Boot into Linux, and then issue the following command from the prompt:

dd if=/dev/hdax of=/root/liloboot.bin bs=512 count=1

where the name of the /dev/hdax can be found by checking the boot=/dev/hdax 
line of your /etc/lilo.conf file.

You will notice that a file named liloboot.bin has been created in your /root 
folder. Copy the same to your C: drive root dir. 

Now, edit the boot.ini file present in the root dir of your C drive. Add an 
additional line:

C:\Liloboot.bin="Red Hat Linux"

Thats all. Reboot your system and you will notice an additional entry in your 
Win2k boot menu. Select the desired OS and enjoy.
