Edit /etc/lilo.conf and set boot=/dev/hda. Add an entry for w2k
something similar as follows

other=/dev/hda1
      lable=dos

Substitue /dev/hda1 with appropriate partition for w2k. And then run
lilo -x. Be root for all this business. And reboot.
