I am using pcqlinux 7.1. When I try to connect to vsnl I frquently get the
errors as below:

What do they mean ?
Is the problem with my config or with vsnl ? Sometimes I can get online very
easily and the connection is pretty stable and fast (konqueror shows speeds
of 3-5 kb/s.)
