There is nothing wrong at your end. pgp varification is needed
for only a very few mails which may need authenticity cross-
check. For most mail (and specially mails from from lists), it
is better to switch this feature off. In your .muttrc just add
the following:
set pgp_verify_sig=no # don't automatically verify
# message signatures
There would be 101 places where public keys-rings are hosted,
and if you are working off line for mailing, the above makes a
lot of sense ...
