And one more thing you can do is to restrict the shll access.ie.DONT GIVE
THEM ACCESS TO USE MAIL CLIENTS OTHER THAN ONE SPECIFIED.

you can create a login account and the email will be
[EMAIL PROTECTED] and he can telnet to your system.When he logs
in thru telnet automatically he is given mail access .So he cant change
the
name and use his/her friend's name instead.
