And one more thing you can do is to restrict the shll access.ie.DONT GIVE THEM ACCESS TO USE MAIL CLIENTS OTHER THAN ONE SPECIFIED.
you can create a login account and the email will be [EMAIL PROTECTED] and he can telnet to your system. When he logs in thru telnet automatically he is given mail access .So he cant change the name and use his/her friend's name instead. cheers Ganesh Kumar On Mon, 22 Oct 2001, Suresh Ramasubramanian wrote: > Date: Mon, 22 Oct 2001 13:34:07 +0530 > From: Suresh Ramasubramanian <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] > Subject: [LIH] Re: Email security > > -----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- > Hash: SHA1 > > +++ Shekhar [linux-india] <22/10/01 00:01 -0700>: > > We are running sendmail 8.10 as our mail server since 1 1/2 yr.
