Hi,
I was successful in making the box recognise 256 MB RAM. (Thanks John),
however I tried to edit lilo.conf and added
'mem=255M'
and compiled lilo with lilo -v option, and since the compilation gave me
error I restored lilo.conf back to original and recompiled with same option.
I got no error message.
However when I rebooted the machine, I was greeted with the following
message after a whole lot of processing:
Kernel panic : Unable to mount root fs on 16:00
How should I move now.
