Hi all,
Yesterday I posted with a problem I was facing with APM/ACPI modules
in my new 2.4.15-pre5 kernel.
After searching the net & Linux kernel archives I found out that I am
not the only one facing this problem. Other people too have this problem
with the same kernel. There seems to be a problem with how the new kernel
handles APM/ACPI request & issues the HLT signal to the CPU & motherboard.
I have written to the APM/ACPI mainteners. I will write to u what they
give the solution. if uall want...
