We too faced the same problem here at Mysore about a couple of months back. After 2 or 3 days of authentication failures, they set up the telephone system so that the particular number was deemed wrong. It so happens that these things happen on friday evenings. BSNL, VSNL et al. being GOI agencies, we have to wait till monday even to know the status (so much for 24 hour helpdesk). > No intimation of any kind was received by me or any of the > other users on the sudden stoppage of services.
