Well that is the state of affairs out here.. the customer is the least
important person... if you go through the hclinfinet terms of service
you'll find that it's not very different... they can do the same thing
which BSNL/VSNL did to you and you would have no rights at all.

I read in ET a few weeks ago about some kind of quality control for ISPs
being proposed by TRAI... maybe that will do something to improve the
situation for us end users... until then we are at their mercy.
