Define message contents.
Attachments? You can selectively drop a certain class of attachments
(exe, vbs....) by using body checks.
If you have plain text, write a small program that does pattern
matching, and use the content_filter interface to pass the mail to that
program.

Hmmm, maybe you could use a content filter for this.
Content filter sends mail to a program which holds the mail back until
an admin approves it.
Grab this from any mailing list manager (I suggest mailman, so your
management can decide whether to approve the mail or not).
The MLM then injects mail into the outbound server, which delivers it
further.

/me is still on the hunt for a Linux admin that can handle an ISP setup.
Needs to know system administration, 1 yr professional exp, or about 2
yrs personal.
I think even sendmail can do that backing up. I have other reasons for
using postfix though :).
