If it is a dedicated floppy based system for net use, it is
easiest to download the Slackware root/ boot disks and put
a third disk for your apps. All Slack disks have ram support
and ppp support compiled in the kernel.

This won't be easy for school level. The critical thing here
is making the initrd. The kernel should be static, and all
the utils should also be statically linked and stripped. You
may keep dynamic executables if all associated libraries are
also transferred. The kernel and initrd will fit on one disk,
and the second disk can have your utils. You also need seve-
ral essentials from /sbin and /bin. One thing you should not
forget is the requirement of tcp/ip stuff and pppd which may
call for a third disk. I estimate, that your ramdrive require-
ment would be about 8 mb to fit all with about 2mb to spare.

Trial and error only by adding files sizes. My guess is about
three 1.44 disks, some can be saved if you pack the binaries
using upx.
