The problem was caused by some files in ~/.gnome and not in ~/.galeon and
it worked fine on other logins on the same machine! even those that had
exisiting ~/.galeon stuff.

All my tables were rendered really narrow.. slashdot was in a single
column about 1/3 of the browser width !

Anyways now that galeon is stable and mozilla will be getting stable
soon.. I guess our problems are gone until v2 ! :)
