Redhat 6.2 has extremely old versions of several packages - right from the kernel onwards. It also has extremely poor security policies, and comes with a nuisance called linuxconf. Upgrade to RH 7.2 and install all the patches available (use up2date for this). Or if you stick to RH 6.2, upgrade just about everything there, and close down all unnecessary ports and services. -- Suresh Ramasubramanian <----> mallet <at> efn dot org EMail Sturmbannfuhrer, Lower Middle Class Unix Sysadmin [Linux One Stanza Tip] From : <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> LOST #052 -**< Sub : Multiple X sessions >**- It is possible to open more than one "X" session on a single box.
