The problem is that as this is a LAN mailserver you are running (likely
connected to the 'net as well) your 103 box will attempt to look up
home.egenisys.com from egenisys' actual nameservers

suresh@mjollnir 16:48:08 [~]$ host -t NS egenisys.com
egenisys.com name server DNS.GENISYS.CO.UK
egenisys.com name server NS2.INDIALINKS.com

which, most likely, will return an NXDOMAIN for the query home.egenisys.com
