I assume when it says system manager it's the policy maker and certainly not the system admin. Secondly I don't think any quality measure require such a stupid measure. Especially when no e-mail is authentic. E-mails are not treated as documents unless signed/encrypted by verifiable digital signatures. All other e-mails are potentially hoax. I don't know whether evolution allows to select recipients but in kmail you can right click on any email address in displayed headers and choose to send reply- to. Of course you can use filters to use set reply-to too... Pegasus asks for recipients every time I hit reply where it picks addresses from message headers. This is nice but I would like it more if it hounours reply-to and to fields without asking me..
