hi all...

i have PIII 850,128MB,i810 system...running win98,and RH 7.1..
just yesturday...i deleted linux partitions and loaded RH 7.2 fresh...

while installation it gave some error saying partition geometry is not
proper..i ignored it and continued

why does it give this error...???

my partition order is as follows..20 GB HDD
hda1 prim win98 c:
hda2 prim linux ext3 /boot
hda5 ext win98 d:
hda6 ext win98 e:
hda7 ext win98 f:
hda8 ext linux swap
hda9 ext linux /
hda10 ext linux /home

after ignoring the error it continued, i also selected ext3 type partiton
(BTW whats the diff between ext2 and ext3 ??)

after installation it was working fine

now when i mounted win d drive in linux editing /etc/fstab file,it mounted
OK and also i could share the data...

but after doing this when i rebooted my system,i m not able to boot
into linux anymore...it starts booting but it stops after giving one
warning message like..

warning: FAT32 support is still ALPHA.

..it just hangs after this and i have to forcefully reset the system..
i even waited for 15-20 min...

any suggestions???
