It is included in the newt-devel package. It is redhat specific (though
GPL'ed).

Looks like (pure guesswork):

-s - log to syslog?
-i - either the interface name (eth0) or its MAC address (00:12:34:56:78:9A:BC)
-g - ???
-t - lease time?
-o - file to write output?
-S - server port number (default 67)
-C - client port number to use?
-I - client ID to use
-d - debug?

Try just mbootp -i eth0 and see what happens.

Also, there is a second dhcp client that redhat ships with - it is called
dhcpcd. You might want to try that one.
