As per trademark page on RedHat site, mentioned also by you, it should
be ok as long as you do not call it "RedHat........" .
Having studied those pages, to me, it is clear that you can call it "My
Company Linux - Kernel Version x.x.x.x" and leave the code and its
installation etc. looks as they are in original version (which you could
ahve got from any source, as per trademark pages, from ftp, cd, bought
the CD, from book, or borrowed, whatever, etc..)
