Good Linux day everyone,
I wanted to know if it would be a
good idea to upgrade from Samba 2.0.9 on a RH-6.2 box to
Samba 2.2.3a i.e the latest release. (As against upgrading
the box to RH-7.2 and going with 2.2.1a)
Iam not finding the 2.4.x release kernel as stable as
the good old 2.2.17 kernel. Which is why I am trying to
avoid upgrading to 7.x unless its necessary for Samba 2.2.x
