Yes,  there is.  If you want to install any packages
on red hat, you can use the red hat package manager
like rpm -ivh <package name> to install it and 
rpm -e <package name> to uninstall it.  

BTW,  why do you want to compare God (Linux) to the
Devil (Windoze).  Read my signature at the end !
