One of my colleague is asked to accept such a possible format like 192.168.5.0x44. Now he needs to decide whether his app. should validate or he can leave that validation to OS(And file a bug to Microsoft). Or whether such a format should be allowed at all.. That's the question..His opinion his such wierdos shouldn't be allowed and it should cause error.
