I guess not.
In lynx configuration file, u have to seperate http proxy and
https proxy as seperate variables.
If u don't specify https proxy, then lynx tries to open connection
to web server at port 443 directly.
If u do specify a https proxy, then the https connection is
tunnelled by squid, as Binand had already explained earlier.
