i have facing a problem with win2k domain logons and RH 7.2, in linux box i
have installed samba and its running fine...with windows 98 i can able to do
domain logons where i added the user as
$useradd rkcity
$smbpassd -a rkcity
now when i try to log on to the domain it says " The account used is a computer
account. Use your Global user account or Local user account to access this
server"
i dont know how to do this now....
do i need to Enable plain text password in win2k machines ? or do i need to
configure samba.
