i was getting dc. I read some where that ,baud rate can be a 
problem, so i decrease it and problem is solved.

if it is so, how modem works, if computer sends him data at 115200 and 
it can send to ISP at 38400 only ? does it mean, you can set 
the baud rate between your computer and modem to anything but 
your modem to isp baud rate setting will be the bottleneck.
