I agree and disagree. I agree in a sense that people don't loathe GUI tools, 
provided it doesn't take away freedom and most importantly if it's not written 
in an attitude that developer understands requirements better than user.

And I disagree because KDE/GNOME are not tools for admining system. You won't  
even find them installed on servers but there are specific applications. 
Talking about servers KDE/GNOME do not figure into the scenario.

I would rather generate a fil with that tool and dump it on  production machine 
rather than hassling thr. it myself. Not that iptables/ipchains are scary but 
managing order of rules is quite a pain.(Of course as usual, it's better if you 
know what you are doing beforehand..)
