This will let you _receive_ mail for these three domains, and queue them for
onward delivery (like, you are the backup mx for that domain).

The equivalent in sendmail is /etc/mail/relay-domains

It won't stop your local users from sending mail to any and every other
domain they like, though, which is what I assume you wanted.
