The best place to start when looking for any rpm file is www.rpmfind.net.
You can type the full name of whatever you are looking for; it will give you a 
list of packages you can download.

For the things you are looking for, try:

http://rpmfind.net/linux/rpm2html/search.php?query=libz.so.1
http://rpmfind.net/linux/rpm2html/search.php?query=libxine-0.9.8.so.0
http://rpmfind.net/linux/rpm2html/search.php?query=libxineutils-0.9.8.so.0

btw, if you are using Konqueror as your web browser, there's a shortcut to 
rpmfind. Just type rpmfind: <whatever>
