I got it. Just after sending the mail, googled for rsync for HP-UX and got 
binaries from samba site.. Put them on HP machine and bingo.. everything 
worked.

Now problem I am facing with is permissions. It's preserving permissions and 
I don't want it. I want all files to be 644..

Anyway that's minor problem because for some files other people can not get 
them off a smaba share. What I will do is I will push them from linux machine 
to windows one.. No problem..
