Dasu and Suresh have already told you how to create an
/etc/wvdial.conf file. In case of doubt, just snip the
section below and save as  /etc/wvdial.conf  with your
details. It should work. Change ATDT to ATDP for pulse
dial. Also change the modem device, baud rate  and the 
Init2 string (as needed).
