The intel Celeron comes with a paste and a heat sink accompanies the motherboard.
These issues are taken care of by the vendor. The paste is in the form of a small bag containing the coolant which you have to apply on the foundation of the fan and the processor. If cost is the issue ( as I presume it is since you are buying a Celeron processor) then you could buy a Mercury motherboard (with a say 815e chipset). This board has inbuilt sound (AC 97 auidio codec) and an AGP which will be detected as 16Mb(shared) when you install redhat. Best regards Tom ! There are two issues that I have not been able to address so far are: 1. Is a Heat Sink / Fan available with Celeron 1/1.1 GHz ? 2. What is the correct Intel Chipset that should be selected for the motherboard that goes with Celeron 1/1.1 GHz processor ? I will appreciate if some of the experienced members on the mailing list, share their wisdom on this. Thanks in advance Tom. __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Yahoo!
