No need to feel sorry.

OP's mail was: "Please help me to unsubscribe this mail. I don't want
to continue". This has same meaning as 'How to unsubscirbe'? Archan
helped OP by giving above link. Then he asked about the way to do it
using e-mail as link is not working. While both ways are there in
every mail.

If we consider the perspective of the person who want to unsubscribe
and seeking help from list is *genuine*, as he is unable to read the
complete content of a mail (there may be any number of reasons for
that) and we all must be sympathetic to him for that matter.

I find that a great part of the information I have, was
acquired by looking up something and finding something
else on the way. --- Franklin P. Adams
