If all you want to do is watch movies with decent quality you can always run
X at a really low resolution "320x200" "320x240" and you'll get jitter free
video even on a card with 2MB of RAM.(In fact full screen movie playback would
be better than in windows!)

I've always used mplayer with the xv driver.. and it definitely beats the
rest of the vo options... but that's at my regular desktop resolution of
1280x1024... at 320x200/320x240 .. it doesn't matter how lousy your hardware!

It's a great card... have been using it for over 2 years now... and I paid
nearly 10times that amount to get it back then and have no regrets!

But the card has almost reached the end of life-cycle... UT2003 won't run on
it.(requires a GeForce atleast for now.) .. so if that is the shape of things
to come... then it's time to go for a better card.

I'm told a GeForce2 64MB is available for 2500/3000 rupees... that would be a
better option if you also play games.. but if you don't ... you won't be
disappointed with the TNT2.
