If u have configured DNS properly, then add

nameserver 127.0.0.1

in your /etc/resolv.conf and make sure u have 'named' up and running. Since
you have configured the domain's DNS on your server..you should atleast go
to that server to resolve. In your case you are only using your ISPs DNS
server...and also make sure that your Win9x clients have 192.168.0.1 as
first DNS server in network settings.

Now your /etc/resolv.conf should look like this

domain mshome.com
nameserver 127.0.0.1
nameserver 61.0.128.33
nameserver 61.0.0.5

Hope this solves your problem. Let me know if you have any other queries
