I still don't understand what you mean by commercial.  Redhat, Mandrake, 
and Suse are all commercial.

Yes.

My point is, if things become too easy, then you'll get every person who 
can move a mouse calling himself an admin.  No, they aren't worth their 
salt, but yes, they will get hired to do admin work, and when a hole is 
found, the system will be blamed.
